“Youth is wasted on the young”…Origins of the quote are debatable, but its essence is seldom challenged.  We spend a few decades after birth acquiring life experiences.  Slip on banana peels, stub a few toes, knock over an apple cart or two-and we (hopefully) emerge with a solid foundation of wisdom

Concurrently, our physical selves reveal signs of fading youth.  But is youth really wasted on the young?  Or can we embark upon behavior to fortify ourselves, complementing that earned wisdom for decades to come?
